Getting around

Airport shuttles (CUN & TQO)
$115 – $225 USD (for groups of 14+)
No Uber in Tulum — book transfers in advance. Arrival transfers add a ~$9 USD airport fee paid on the day.
Point-to-point rides
$80 – $240 USD (depending on group size)
Round-trip runs to the Hotel Zone or further afield to Puerto Aventuras.
Payment terms
50% deposit via Wise or PayPal (+5% PayPal fee) secures the ride. Balance paid to the driver on pickup — cash or card (+5% card fee). 15 min wait window included.

Pre-stocked grocery delivery

Send the concierge a list with quantities and it's waiting on arrival. Fee covers the first 25 items; grocery ticket paid on delivery.
